Adele Costabile is a Professor in Clinical Nutrition and the Microbiome at the University of Roehampton, UK. She holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Naples, Italy, and has extensive experience spanning academic research, teaching, and industry collaboration. Formerly a Lecturer in Nutrition (2015–2017), she now leads the Clinical Nutrition and Microbiome research group within the School of Life and Health Sciences. Her work focuses on gut microbiota, diet-microbiome interactions, and translational research in nutritional interventions.
