Adam Longcroft

Professor Adam Longcroft serves as the Dean of Learning & Teaching and head of the Centre for Teaching Enhancement and Student Success (CTESS) at St Mary's University. Appointed in 2018, he oversees professional development of academic staff, the University’s Access and Participation Plan, and higher education apprenticeships programs. He is a member of the University’s Executive Committee, reporting to the Provost and Chief Academic Officer.

Research Focus: His expertise centers on higher education policy, pedagogical innovation, and institutional strategies to enhance teaching excellence and student success. CTESS under his leadership drives progressive educational initiatives and collaborative partnerships.
