Adam Lemańczyk

Adam Lemańczyk is a pianist, keyboardist, and instructor at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz within the Faculty of Conducting, Jazz and Music Education.

Lemańczyk's artistic practice centers on jazz and contemporary music performance with significant contributions to music education. As founder of the jazz-rock band Omnivore, he bridges improvisational traditions with modern composition, specializing in piano performance and cross-genre arranging. His creative work encompasses classical reinterpretations, jazz innovation, and popular music adaptation, reflecting a pedagogical approach rooted in practical musicianship.

His notable achievements include:

• Individual award at European Musical Integrations in Żyrardów
• 1st prize in jazz music category at FAMA Festival in Świnoujście

He maintains an active performance career with collaborations spanning major Polish institutions including the ROMA Musical Theatre ("5 Last Years," "Ale Musicale!"), Pomeranian Philharmonic, Polish Television ("Bitwa na Głosy," "Voice of Poland"), and artists such as Wojtek Pilichowski, Grzegorz Hyży, and Mietek Szcześniak. His educational work focuses on developing practical musicianship skills within contemporary music contexts.
