Abigail Good

Abigail Good is an Instructor I of Mathematics at Mississippi State University. She serves as both the College Algebra Coordinator and Math Domain Coordinator in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. With a teaching focus on first-year undergraduate computer science students, she implements innovative assessment approaches based on Student Observable Behaviors (SOBs), which are fine-grained decompositions of learning outcomes.

Her educational research explores novel pedagogical methods in mathematics instruction and assessment design. She collaborates on developing structured frameworks for evaluating student competencies in computational thinking.

Beyond teaching, she serves as Youth Assistant Director at her church and maintains active engagement in educational outreach programs.
