Abbie Lambert

Dr. Abbie Lambert is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Central Oklahoma's College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, and a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Her research examines human resource strategies including managerial coaching techniques, employee engagement/burnout dynamics, neuroscience applications in learning, and the evolving future of work. She maintains active consulting in service/entertainment sectors alongside academic work.

Recent publications analyze service-profit chain dynamics in restaurant organizations and gender differences in academic engagement. Teaching awards recognize her excellence in business education and online pedagogy.
