Tara Lambert is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Business at Whitworth University, where she has been a faculty member since 2013. She holds a D.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and both an MBA and B.A. from Whitworth University. Her expertise spans Cost/Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, and Auditing, with a focus on integrating faith and ethics into accounting education. She has received the George Krull/Grant Thornton ELS Teaching Innovation Award (2021) and a Weyerhaeuser Center for Christian Faith and Learning Research Fellowship (2021).
Her research explores ethical dilemmas in accounting through case studies of white-collar crime and emphasizes faith-based approaches to professional practice.
