Aarron Armstrong-Craddock

Aarron Armstrong-Craddock is a Lecturer in Education and Inclusion Studies at the School of Education, University of Wolverhampton. He focuses on collaborative practices between leadership, teaching staff, and students in higher education, particularly within the Further Education (FE) sector.

• Education: BA (Hons) Childhood, Family and Education Studies (1st class Honours), PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education, MA in Education Studies (Distinction), PhD (ongoing) in English Higher Education.
• Research Interests: HE in FE provision, curriculum development, student voice in higher education, teacher identity in FE, pedagogy in FE.

He has experience in HE in FE provision and curriculum development, alongside roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and lecturer in colleges prior to his current position. His ongoing PhD research examines the role of student voice in transforming higher education practices.
