Aaron Campbell

Aaron Campbell is Assistant Professor of Special Education at the University of Missouri, developing equitable interventions within multi-tiered behavior support systems. His research examines preventative strategies to reduce exclusionary discipline, improve student-teacher relationships, and enhance outcomes for culturally diverse learners with emotional/behavioral disorders.

He directs a research laboratory focused on culturally responsive SEL and PBIS implementation. Through partnerships with K-12 schools, he designs professional development models to address implicit bias in classroom management and school discipline practices.
