Dr. A. Azfar Moin is an Associate Professor at the College of Liberal Arts, University of Texas at Austin, affiliated with Middle Eastern Studies (MES) and Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures (MELC). He holds a PhD from the University of Michigan and specializes in early modern Islamic history, sovereignty studies, and Persianate cultures across Iran, Central Asia, and South Asia.
