張欣綠

Professor Hsin-Lu Chang is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Information Management at National Chengchi University's College of Business. With over 20 years of academic experience, she currently serves as both Professor and Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Office. Her research spans multiple domains of information systems with particular expertise in e-commerce, IT value, supply chain management, IT standards, and service science.

Dr. Chang earned her PhD in Information Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, following a master's degree from the University of Maryland and bachelor's degree from National Chengchi University. Her research interests focus on the intersection of technology and business value creation, with significant contributions to understanding how organizations leverage information systems for competitive advantage.

Her scholarly work demonstrates consistent excellence in information systems research, with recent publications exploring cutting-edge topics including explainable AI in healthcare, digital social innovation, live streaming e-commerce, and data governance frameworks for ESG in manufacturing. Her research methodology combines rigorous theoretical frameworks with empirical validation through field studies and experimental designs.
