İpek Keleş is a researcher in Clinical Embryology and Reproductive Biology at Koç University Hospital's Department of Women’s Health and IVF. She holds a Master’s degree in Histology & Embryology from Gazi University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Ankara University.

Keleş has held visiting positions at UT Southwestern University Hospital (2013–2014) and maintains ongoing affiliations with Koç University Hospital. Her work focuses on advancing in vitro fertilization techniques and reproductive health outcomes.
