Đorđe Vujčić is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Graphic Engineering, Faculty of Technology, University of Banja Luka. His research focuses on advanced printing technologies, particularly in textile applications, UV inkjet printing, and material characterization. He has contributed to studies on color reproduction accuracy, thermal properties of printed fabrics, and durability under washing conditions. Dr. Vujčić is actively involved in national and international research projects, including those addressing eco-friendly packaging, antimicrobial textile treatments, and digital printing innovations. His work spans collaborations with institutions in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia. He teaches courses related to graphic engineering and has published extensively in journals like International Journal of Clothing Science and Technology and Journal of Graphic Engineering and Design.
Key projects include developing UV-protected antimicrobial textiles using plant extracts (2020-2022), improving digital printing quality standards (2025-2027), and synthesizing high-dielectric polymer composites (2024-2025). His research emphasizes bridging material science with practical applications in textile and packaging industries.
