Éva Nemes

Dr. Éva Nemes is a Senior Lecturer and program coordinator of postgraduate supervision courses at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Institute of Psychology, Centre of Specialist Postgraduate Programmes in Psychology at Károli Gáspár Reformed University. She holds an MA in Medicine from Debrecen University of Medicine (1989) and is pursuing a PhD in Supervision. Her work focuses on experiential learning, supervision methodology, emotional intelligence, and resilience.

Her research explores resilience mechanisms in supervision, intercultural dynamics, and reflective learning. Publications span book chapters, peer-reviewed journal articles, and conference proceedings across Europe, with 15 recent works covering resilience training, supervision standards, and diversity management. She has delivered guest lectures at the University of Stavanger and HSN-University of South-Eastern Norway.

Dr. Nemes received the Hungarian Supervision Award (2016) and Rector’s Commendation (2015). She is a member of the Hungarian Supervisors and Supervisor-Coach Association and ANSE’s Hungarian delegate. Her language proficiencies include English (C1) and Norwegian (B2).
