Dr. Shelton Weeks is the Lucas Professor of Real Estate and Director of the Lucas Institute for Real Estate Development & Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). A member of FGCU's inaugural faculty, he holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Finance from the University of Alabama. His expertise spans corporate finance, investments, and real estate education. Research focuses on pedagogical methods, corporate governance, and real estate valuation with an emphasis on senior living projects.
