Dr. Shira S Simon serves as Associate Professor in the Departments of Ophthalmology and Neurology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, where she directs the Neuro-ophthalmology division and maintains board certification in Ophthalmology through the American Board of Ophthalmology. Her clinical approach integrates neurology, neurosurgery, and rheumatology expertise to manage conditions such as multiple sclerosis-related vision loss, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, and inflammatory disorders affecting visual pathways.
