Johan Liu is a Full Professor in Electronics Production at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, and leads the Electronics Materials and Systems Laboratory within the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and an IEEE Fellow, with over 500 publications and 75 patents in nanoelectronics and thermal management.
