Ayşenur Akyüz Birtürk serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Engineering at Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, where she has taught since February 1994. She earned all her degrees from METU, culminating in a 1998 Ph.D. focused on Turkish language computational analysis.
