Sara Witmer is an Associate Professor of School Psychology at Michigan State University (MSU), holding a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) certification. She is affiliated with the College of Education’s Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology & Special Education (CEPSE). Her roles include Principal Investigator for Project ETUDE (funded by the Institute of Educational Sciences) and Project Director for Project Hi2LD (funded by the U.S. Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services), which focus on improving assessment practices and reducing graduate study costs for school psychology and special education students.
