Associate Professor Paul Evans holds a position in the School of Education at UNSW Sydney, specializing in Educational Psychology. His research focuses on motivation, instruction, and learning strategies in educational settings, with a particular emphasis on music education and cognitive load theory. He supervises a team of research students in the Cognitive Load and Motivation Lab and teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
