Rong Pan is a Professor at the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence, Arizona State University (ASU). He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University (2002), an M.S. from Florida A&M University (1999), and a B.S. in Materials Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (1995). His research focuses on quality and reliability engineering, design of experiments, time series analysis, and statistical learning theory. Key projects involve NSF-funded research on reliability prediction, accelerated life testing, and degradation modeling. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Quality Technology and has authored over 80 publications.
