Matthias Thiele is a Research Associate at the Institute of Precision Engineering and Electronic Design, Dresden University of Technology. His work focuses on electromigration-aware integrated circuit design, photonic integrated circuits, and mechatronic systems reliability. He leads projects funded by the DFG (Scalable Ising Machines in Silicon) and BMBF (Robust Mechatronic Systems Simulation).
