Alexander V. Marynych is a Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Prof. Alexander Iksanov is a Professor in the Operations Research Department at the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine.
