Rudie P.J. Kunnen is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Applied Physics and Science Education , Eindhoven University of Technology, leading the Turbulent and Multiphase Flows group. His research focuses on heat, mass, and particulate transport in turbulent flows, with applications in geophysics and industry. Active in UN Sustainable Development Goals related to environmental protection Collaborator in projects like Active Contamination Control for Equipment and SubstrateS Research Interests : Turbulent flow dynamics, rotating convection, vortex structures, thermophoresis, plasma-liquid interactions, and geostrophic turbulence.
