Knut Olav Strætkvern is a Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Applied Ecology, Agricultural Sciences and Biotechnology, University of Inland Norway. He has been researching and teaching bioprocess technology since 1992, with a focus on biomass utilization, bioactive compounds, and protein technology.
