Pawan Budhwar is the 50th Anniversary Professor of International HRM at Aston Business School, Aston University. He holds senior administrative roles including Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor International and Head of School. His research focuses on Strategic Human Resource Management, Expatriation, Employee-Employer Relations in Emerging Markets, and Cross-Cultural Management. Budhwar has extensive editorial leadership roles, including Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Human Resource Management Journal and former Co-Editor of the British Journal of Management .
