Adrian Boyd is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Engineering, Ulster University, specializing in biomaterials and surface science. His research focuses on additive manufacturing of high-temperature thermoplastics, coating technologies, and resorbable magnesium alloys for medical applications. Current projects include 3D bioprinting for cardiac tissue and advanced coating technologies for orthopedic applications.
