Matei Ciocarlie is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University, focusing on robotics research spanning hardware design, control systems, and human-robot interaction. His work emphasizes robots operating in dynamic, unstructured environments, with applications in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare.
