Dr. Zhanli Sun is a Researcher at the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Central and Eastern Europe (IAMO), specializing in the Structural Development of Farms and Rural Areas. He holds a PhD in Geography from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (1999) and has expertise in land system change analysis using advanced modeling techniques like agent-based modeling and Bayesian networks. His role also includes coordinating the China International Research Group and serving as Ombudsperson for Good Scientific Practice.
