Bianca Viggiano is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University, where her thesis on turbulent jet dynamics earned the Outstanding Dissertation Award. Her research focuses on fluid mechanics, turbulence, multiphase flows, and modeling/simulation, with affiliations to the Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (LADYF). She has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles and received prestigious awards, including the Young Scientist Prize from the European Fluid Mechanics Conference. Education: B.Sc.
