Wen-Chen Hu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of North Dakota's School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He has held academic positions at Auburn University (Assistant Professor, 1998–2002) and the University of North Dakota (Assistant/Associate Professor since 2002). Publication Trends : His recent work (2020–2023) explores pandemic response via mobile analytics, privacy in LBS, and smartphone computing. Earlier (2014–2017), he addressed geometric LBS algorithms, cognitive radio networks, and super-resolution image processing.
