Augusto Sampaio is a Full Professor in Software Engineering at the Center of Informatics (CIn), Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Brazil. He holds a CNPq top-level Productive Researcher scholarship since 1995 and has coordinated major national/international projects, including the EU-funded COMPASS project and the Brazilian National Institute for Science and Technology (INCT) on Software Engineering. His work spans formal methods, model-based testing, and industry collaboration, notably with Motorola, Embraer, and The Blockhouse Technology. Contributed to linking algebraic and operational semantics, formal testing, and smart contract verification. João Luiz Dihl Comba is a Professor at the Institute of Informatics, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil. Marta Feijó Barroso is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Physics, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), where she earned her PhD in Physics.
