Jaime Gnau is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Nutrition and Dietetics program within the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University. She serves as a registered dietitian nutritionist at the MSU Care Clinic on campus, providing nutritional care to patients while integrating clinical practice with academic instruction. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Gnau brings extensive practical knowledge to her teaching and research activities, focusing on evidence-based nutrition strategies to promote accessible nutrition for health improvement and well-being.
