Prof. Dr.-Ing. Erwin Biebl is a Professor in the Chair of High Frequency Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). His research focuses on high-frequency technology, automotive radar systems, and microwave communication. He has held academic positions since 1999 and has extensive industry experience at Rohde & Schwarz. His work includes developing sensors and communication systems for automotive safety and environment detection. Education: Studied electrical engineering at TUM, earned his doctorate (1991) and habilitation (1994) in high-frequency engineering. Professional Memberships: Senior Member of IEEE, Member of URSI Commission B, and liaison officer for the Hanns Seidel Foundation.
