Professor Eva H. Stukenbrock is a Max Planck Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology in Plön, Germany, and a professor at the Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel. She heads the Max Planck Fellow Group Environmental Genomics, which is jointly hosted by both institutions. Her research focuses on the evolutionary genomics of plant-pathogenic fungi, particularly the genus Zymoseptoria, using integrated genomic, transcriptomic, and experimental approaches.
