Dushan Boroyevich is a University Distinguished Professor at Virginia Tech's Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and serves as Deputy Director of the Center for Power Electronics Systems (CPES). He holds adjunct roles at Tsinghua, Xi'an Jiaotong, Zhejiang, and National Cheng-Kung Universities. His research focuses on power electronics systems, including multi-phase power conversion, electronic power distribution, and modular multilevel converters. He pioneered the geometric modeling approach for high-frequency converters and has led over 200 students in generating 1000+ publications and 20 patents. Education: Dipl. Ing.
