Dr. Luka Bočkor is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Anthropology and the Department of Molecular Biology, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. He holds a Doctor of Natural Sciences (Life and Biomolecular Sciences) from ICGEB-Trieste (Italy) in collaboration with the Open University (UK), with a dissertation on characterizing a new mouse model for Crigler-Najjar Syndrome Type I and therapeutic approaches. His academic career includes postdoctoral work (2017–2019) and experience as a Senior Assistant at the University of Zagreb (2009–2015).
