Lynn Christina Gribble is an Associate Professor at the University of New South Wales Business School, specializing in Artificial Intelligence in Education, Academic Integrity, and Technology-Enhanced Teaching. As an Education Focused Academic, she teaches Masters students in courses including Professional Skills and Ethics, Managing People and Organisations in Context, and Change Management. She serves as the School of Management Student Integrity Advisor and co-leads the AI Education Focused Community of Practice. Her educational background includes a PhD from SCU (2001) on psychological underpinnings of retrenchment, Master of Labour Law and Relations from Sydney University (2004), Master of Education (Training & Development) from SCU (1998), and Graduate Diploma in Tourism Management from University of Technology (1995). Gribble is nationally and internationally recognized for thought leadership in AI teaching and learning, having created and co-led the AI Community of Practice at UNSW. Her research focuses on how AI transforms educational practices while maintaining academic integrity, with emphasis on ethical implementation, student engagement at scale, and preserving human elements in learning. She pioneered voice feedback systems (2011) and technology-enhanced grading approaches. Her recent publications show a clear trajectory toward responsible AI integration in education, addressing critical issues like student overconfidence with generative AI, maintaining academic integrity in AI-assisted learning, and developing AI literacy frameworks. The work consistently emphasizes human-centered approaches where technology serves pedagogical goals rather than driving them.
