Adrian Neild is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Monash University. His research focuses on non-linear ultrasound, microfluidic systems, acoustic streaming, and optical positioning technologies. He leads projects in sperm dynamics analysis, single-cell proteomics, and embryo imaging. Key research areas include acoustofluidic platforms for cell manipulation, lab-on-a-chip systems, and novel biomedical instrumentation. Collaborative projects involve developing technologies for male infertility diagnosis, embryo viability assessment, and bacterial detection in food safety contexts.
