Philip Brown is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2018 under the supervision of Jason R. Marden. His research focuses on the intersection of technology and society, utilizing game theory, optimization, and multiagent systems to study incentive mechanisms, cybersecurity, and smart infrastructure.
