Daniel Powers is a Professor of Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where he has served since 2006. He holds an M.F.A. in Visual Arts from Marywood University and a B.F.A. in Art History from Ohio University. His career spans academic roles at institutions including the University of Minnesota and Albuquerque Academy, alongside leadership as Graduate Coordinator for SCAD's Illustration program since 2013.
