Dr. Alexandros Antonaras serves as an Associate Professor of Management and Vice President of Student Services at the University of Nicosia's School of Business, Department of Management. His academic leadership extends to chairing CSR Cyprus, the national partner organization of CSR Europe. His educational background includes: PhD in Process Management from Cranfield University (UK), with thesis on "Improving the New Product/Service Introduction Process by the Application of System Dynamics" MSc in Quality Management from Cranfield University (UK), with thesis on "Analysis of the Manufacturing Quality Related Costs of an Aerospace Industry" BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics with Management from Brunel University London Antonaras's research program centers on corporate social responsibility and sustainability, business excellence, quality and process management, business ethics, and entrepreneurship. His scholarly work contributes to multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those addressing responsible consumption and production, decent work and economic growth, and industry innovation.
