Prof. Ing. Adam Herout, Ph.D., is a faculty member at the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) of Brno University of Technology (BUT). He serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Computer Graphics and Multimedia (DCGM), focusing on computer vision, image processing, and 3D reconstruction. His research spans traffic surveillance, augmented reality, and real-time processing, with applications in medical imaging and autonomous systems.
