Jessica Fjeld is a Clinical Lecturer at Harvard Law School and Managing Director of the De|Center, an initiative addressing digital authoritarianism. She is affiliated with the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and previously served as Assistant Director of the Cyberlaw Clinic. Her work focuses on AI governance, digital rights, and the intersection of technology with human rights and creativity. Fjeld holds a JD from Columbia Law School, an MFA in Poetry from UMass, and a BA from Columbia University.
