Ruonan Han is a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT and serves as Associate Director of the Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL) and Director of the MIT-MTL Center for Integrated Circuits and Systems . His research focuses on ultra-high-frequency microelectronic circuits , particularly addressing the 'terahertz gap' in sensing, metrology, security, and communication. He leads the Terahertz Integrated Electronics Group at MIT's MTL, established in 2014.
