Professor Philippos Pouyioutas is a faculty member at the University of Nicosia, affiliated with the School of Sciences and Engineering and the Department of Computer Science. He serves as the Rector of the university and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Academic Affairs and Chairperson of the Research Committee at Intercollege (1996-2007). His research focuses on 5G Networks, Relational and Object-Oriented Databases, and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and E-Learning.
