Tamara Ilieva-Tsvetkova is a Senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Geodesy and Geoinformatics within the Faculty of Geodesy at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia, Bulgaria. Stephanie Bidon is a Professor in the Department of Electronics, Optronics and Signal Processing (DEOS) at ISAE-SUPAERO, University of Toulouse, specializing in statistical signal processing for radar and navigation systems.
