Başar Öztayşi is a Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering , Istanbul Technical University , with expertise in fuzzy logic, multi-criteria decision making, and decision science. He has held administrative roles including Associate Professor (2017–present), Deputy Director of the Institute (2016–2017), and Assistant Professor (2013–2017).
