Michael Allen Gore is a Professor and Head of the Plant Breeding and Genetics Section at Cornell University's School of Integrative Plant Science. He specializes in molecular breeding, quantitative genetics, and genomics for nutritional quality improvement in crops such as maize, oat, cassava, cotton, sorghum, and guayule. His research integrates high-throughput phenotyping, analytical chemistry, and remote sensing to study genetic control of complex traits.
