Julien Tierny is a Professor at Ecole Polytechnique and a Senior Researcher (DR2) at CNRS within the Computer Science Department (LIP6) at Sorbonne Université, part of the APR team. His research focuses on Topological Data Analysis and Visualization, with a particular emphasis on developing efficient algorithms for scientific data processing and visualization.
