Valderi Reis Quietinho Leithardt is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Science and Technology, Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon , Portugal, where he holds a full-time position with exclusive dedication. He is an integrated researcher at ISTAR-Iscte (Research Center in Information Sciences, Technologies and Architecture) and a Senior Member of the IEEE .
